    "OODA+Cynefin" Framework for Complex Systems

    • The development of informatization and intelligence has led to an increasingly complex combat environment, and has put forward new requirements for the command and control framework. Based on the analysis of the development process of OODA loop theory, combined with the Cynefin model, a basic framework of "OODA+Cynefin" for complex systems is proposed. The core of the framework lies in the way of cognition and processing of the complex combat environment. Based on the analysis of the complex combat environment, combined with the Cynefin model, the judgment process based on the cognition model and the behavior model is constructed, which can effectively realize the cognition of the complex combat environment according to the categories of the complex combat environment. The application mode of the proposed framework in the context of mosaic warfare is analyzed.
